This picture solely describes the socialization of gender in children by using indecisiveness of being unhealthy or obtaining and keeping the image majority of females are expected to have. You see this in the picture because even though the girl is holding the apple, she still wants to get ice cream. If you look at the picture even closer you can tell it's slightly tiled to the left, thus showing that she would go to which would be considered the extreme to eat ice cream not care that it may possibly affect her image. The apple somewhat still displaying she wants to be slim and cares for her appearance. Her skin color being pale doesn't match the socialization children want to have which is considered to be tan. Children and older adults, mainly females wear baggy clothes when they are insecure about their bodies. The color of the cone and apple mean there may not be much cautious measures but costing measures one may have to go through to reach the socially status one may need to reach. The colors of her clothes play a part in the girls social emotion level, and attitude towards life. The cause of this can be because she seems to be so concentrated in her weight. Ultimately this picture shows the choice of a female going outside of her socialization of wanting to have the body, but also wanting to still do what she wants.
